🚀 New features DIMO Maint MX
📅 New schedule dedicated to subcontractors
A new module Subcontractor Scheduling makes its appearance in DimoMaint.
Accessible from the Scheduling menu, it allows for the centralization of planning and tracking of interventions carried out by subcontractors within a dedicated view.
Main features
- Visualization of planned interventions by subcontractor in a calendar-type graphical interface.
- Display of the schedule according to several levels of reading: Day View, Week View, Month View.
- Organization of interventions by categories and subcontracting partners.
- Quick consultation of key information about an intervention directly from the schedule.
- Optimized display of interventions over several days.
- Management of subcontractors working in multiple categories through a cross-sectional visualization mechanism of assignments.
✅ A dedicated view that centralizes the planning and tracking of subcontractors.
📥 Purchase Requests: multi-recipient management
Purchase Requests now allow associating multiple recipients to the same record.
This development facilitates information sharing and improves the tracking of requests by ensuring that all concerned parties are taken into account.
Notifications, imports, configuration settings, and search tools have been adapted to manage this new mode of operation.
🔁 Preventive Interventions: multi-recipient management
The management of multiple recipients is now available for Preventive Interventions.
Multiple users can be associated with the same intervention and will receive the corresponding notifications. Import features and advanced search filters have also been enhanced to fully leverage this new capability.
📋 Intervention Templates: multi-recipient management
Intervention Templates now support multiple recipients.
When creating a Preventive Intervention from a template, all defined recipients are automatically included.
This development ensures continuity of information between templates and generated interventions while simplifying their administration.
✅ Better collaboration and consolidated information tracking within the team.
🛠 DIMO Maint MX Fixes
The main fixes made:
Imports
- TAF 16139: Correction - Movements imported via Swagger: issue related to the userName field.
Purchases / Orders
- TAF 16101: Correction - Order sent by email: absence of the pdf file for Order Annex.
📱 DIMO Maint App (DMA) New Features
Intervention voucher - Files
Photos added in a BI, from Dimomaint App, are retrieved in the Photos block of Dimomaint MX.
The items in the associated Files block and the items in the Photos block of a BI from Dimomaint MX are retrieved on DMA in the Files tab under two different sections.
Correction
- TAF 16188 : Correction - In the BI form being created, input in the Equipment field is possible again.
